Dear Guests,
Please treat the apartment and all furnishings with care. To ensure everyone enjoys a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 4:00 PM Check-out: until 9:30 AM
Earlier arrival or later departure is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or cause a delayed cleaning will be charged for any resulting costs.
Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Smoking/Parties
Smoking, parties, and the use of e-cigarettes, hookahs, vapes, or similar devices are not permitted in the apartment.
Please use the balconies for smoking only and dispose of cigarette butts or vape waste properly. A fee of €250 will be charged for violations of the no-smoking policy in the apartment, in addition to the costs for special cleaning and any necessary repairs. Pets
Pets are not allowed. Violations will be subject to a separate cleaning fee.
Energy & Climate
- Please turn off the lights and close the windows when you leave the house.
- For insurance reasons, the use of personal space heaters, electric heaters, or other heating devices is not permitted.
Safety
- Please keep the front door closed at all times.
- Open flames are not permitted in the apartment or on the balcony.
- Smoke detectors must not be removed, covered, or tampered with. Commercial photography/videography without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Damage
Please report any damage immediately. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss in the apartment. Guests are also responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys, remote controls, and for emergency door openings.
Visitors
Unregistered guests are not permitted. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unregistered guest.
Departure
- Please dispose of your rubbish in the provided bins.
- Please close the windows and turn off the heating before you depart.
- Please leave the apartment key on the dining table upon departure.
By booking, you agree to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
